Conquer Your Health – Privacy Policy

Overview

OneTwentyOne, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it for the desktop version of Conquer Your Health (“App”).

1. Data Categories

1.1 Local-Only Data (Biomarkers)

Biomarker readings that could qualify as PHI (e.g., lab values) are encrypted and stored exclusively on your computer. We never receive or process these files.

1.2 Cloud-Stored Data

  • Nutrition Logs. CSVs or spreadsheets you import into the App to visualize macros or micronutrients.
  • Wearable Exports. Step counts, heart-rate summaries, and sleep metrics you choose to sync.
  • Custom Spreadsheet Data. Any other structured file you explicitly upload (e.g., training logs).

These files are linked only to an anonymous user ID (or an optional account email) and contain no personal identifiers such as name, address, or insurance details.

1.3 Payment Information

All card processing is delegated to Stripe. We store the Stripe customer token, subscription tier, and last-4 digits only. Full card numbers, CVC, and billing ZIP codes never touch our servers.

2. How We Use Data

  • Provide Core Features. Render charts and insights based on the files you uploaded.
  • Sync Across Devices. If you sign into multiple computers, we sync the same nutrition/wearable data (not biomarkers).
  • Customer Support. Diagnose bugs when you send us error logs (never containing biomarker values).
  • Billing Fulfillment. Maintain your active subscription status via Stripe’s webhooks.

3. What We Don’t Do

  • Sell or rent any data to advertisers.
  • Share uploaded files with third parties, except AWS (database host) and Stripe (billing), each bound by strict agreements.
  • Aggregate biomarker data—because we never see it.

4. Security Practices

  • TLS 1.3 for all API traffic.
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
  • Automated backups with server-side encryption.
  • Annual penetration testing and continuous dependency patching.

5. Your Controls

  • Delete Uploads. From within the App you can remove any nutrition/wearable/custom file, which deletes it from our servers within 24 hours.
  • Export or Erase Account. Email privacy@121health.app to request a JSON export of your cloud-stored data or permanent deletion.

6. Children

The App is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Policy Updates

We will post any material changes inside the App and update this date stamp.
